Abstract Submission

Prospective authors who wish to present their work are requested to submit an abstract. A final decision on acceptance for presentation will be made following a peer review process based on the abstract.

Please use either the LaTeX or MS Word template provided below to prepare your abstract. Note that the same template will also be used for the final full manuscript. Follow the guidelines within the template to ensure your submission meets all requirements, including the following specifications:

• File Format: PDF, maximum size of 25 MB
• Page Format: A4, maximum of 2 pages
• Templates: LaTex (109kB)   MS-Word (42.4kB)
• Abstracts must be submitted by January 17, 2025.

Steps to Submit a New Contribution

1. Create a New Login Account
   (If you already have a login account, please skip this step.)
   Go to the Login page for new author and click the Create New Account button.
   Enter your personal information as prompted.
2. Login
   Once your account is created, go to the login page and click the Log In button. (If you skipped the account creation step, access the login page from the left-side menu and enter your email address and password.)
3. Create a New Contribution Entry
   Navigate to the "Author" tab at the top of the page.
   Click the New Contribution button and follow the provided instructions.
